Provide non-medical in-home support including light housekeeping, meal and snack preparation, companionship, errands, and accurate shift documentation. Maintain a safe, clean home environment, follow agency policies, communicate concerns to supervisors, and travel between client locations as needed. Flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends).

Handle incoming leads, make outbound calls, build relationships with referral sources, convert leads to clients, grow census and revenue, coordinate with caregivers and staff, and track sales activity.
