As a Quantum Engineer, contribute to developing superconducting quantum computers by characterizing qubits, improving hardware functionality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Own and optimize PVD thin-film deposition processes for superconducting quantum processors. Monitor process health with SPC, analyze metrology and electrical data, lead root-cause investigations, qualify equipment/materials, document SOPs, and train technicians. Mentor engineers, set technical roadmap, and support cross-functional integration for scalable fabrication.

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex quantum systems programs. Build roadmaps, integration schedules, and manage dependencies across quantum device, cryogenics, control hardware/firmware, and software teams. Drive cross-functional alignment, identify and mitigate technical and schedule risks, facilitate data-driven decisions, and establish scalable program practices and reporting for research-driven R&D to deliver deployable quantum systems.
