Provide first-line IT support for a 250-person quantum R&D organization, triaging incidents via Jira Service Management. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and account issues; manage device lifecycle, imaging, backups, inventory, MFA, onboarding/offboarding, and endpoint management (Intune/Jamf). Coordinate escalation for fabrication/cleanroom and vendor issues and maintain patching, security baselines, and documentation to minimize unplanned downtime.

Leads mechanical design and integration for cryogenic quantum-computing hardware, including cryostat architecture, RF signal packaging, thermal anchoring, shielding, and room-temperature-to-millikelvin interfaces. Creates CAD models, drawings, BOMs, specifications, and assembly documentation; performs thermal, vibrational, and structural simulations; builds and validates prototypes; collaborates across physics, RF, hardware, cryogenic, and systems teams; and manages suppliers and design traceability.

Lead and scale global field engineering to deploy, integrate, commission, and support on‑premise quantum systems. Own end-to-end site readiness, installation, system integration, commissioning, customer acceptance, handoff, and continuous improvement across hardware, software, and operations.
