Lead and scale global field engineering to deploy, integrate, commission, and support on‑premise quantum systems. Own end-to-end site readiness, installation, system integration, commissioning, customer acceptance, handoff, and continuous improvement across hardware, software, and operations.

Lead cross-functional experimental programs to improve the performance and scalability of superconducting qubit systems. Design and execute experiments, identify and mitigate technology gaps, propose technical directions, shape the roadmap, and own delivery of key quantum hardware technologies. The role requires deep experience with cryogenic systems, RF and time-domain measurements, superconducting quantum devices, quantum science, technical leadership, and Python.

Own and optimize PVD thin-film deposition processes for superconducting quantum processors. Monitor process health with SPC, analyze metrology and electrical data, lead root-cause investigations, qualify equipment/materials, document SOPs, and train technicians. Mentor engineers, set technical roadmap, and support cross-functional integration for scalable fabrication.
