Owns integrated timelines, dependencies, risks, trade-offs, decision support, resource planning, and follow-through across clinical, regulatory, CMC, nonclinical, commercial, and other functions. Partners with senior leaders, facilitates governance decisions, mentors program management colleagues, and ensures program plans, accountability, and communications remain clear and aligned.

Drives adoption and sales performance for Rigel’s hematology and solid tumor oncology portfolio across institutional, IDN, health-system, and VA accounts. Develops strategic account plans, builds compliant relationships with healthcare stakeholders, analyzes market dynamics, supports patient access, coordinates cross-functional engagement, and reports account performance to leadership. Extensive territory travel is required.

Owns territory strategy and sales performance across a hematology/oncology portfolio, primarily metastatic breast cancer, while supporting AML and cITP products. Builds relationships with oncology and hematology care teams, navigates reimbursement and access barriers, develops account plans, coordinates cross-functional commercial and Medical Affairs resources, captures market insights, and maintains compliant CRM, forecasting, budgeting, and administrative activities across Connecticut.
