Leads and supports hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure across AWS, Azure, Windows, networking, security, endpoints, and enterprise systems. Designs infrastructure, manages technical projects, troubleshoots complex issues, improves automation and monitoring, documents procedures, supports business-system integrations and EDI, and mentors support staff. Partners with leadership, stakeholders, vendors, and managed service providers to improve reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.

Supports key account and international wholesale sales operations by processing orders in SAP, maintaining account and product data, managing retailer documentation, coordinating samples and shipments, and resolving order discrepancies. The role provides product information and administrative support to sales teams and retail partners, collaborates with warehouse, fulfillment, marketing, and product teams, and assists with seasonal market preparation and trade shows.

Own and evolve the brand’s CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across email and SMS. Lead Klaviyo operations, customer segmentation, automated journeys, campaign execution, testing, reporting, deliverability, and retention initiatives. Use behavioral and purchase data to improve engagement, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value. Partner with Ecommerce, Merchandising, Brand, Creative, Analytics, agencies, and vendors to deliver campaigns and optimize the customer experience.
