Supports retail turf and compact equipment sales by assisting customers, shadowing sales representatives, conducting demonstrations, following up after sales, and helping with inventory audits and marketing displays. The intern gains exposure to sales, service, parts, dealership operations, precision agriculture technology, and company software while maintaining a professional, customer-focused, and safety-conscious work environment.

Manage accounts and generate equipment sales within a defined territory. Conduct customer site visits, follow a consistent sales process, document activity in CRM, coordinate with dealership staff, provide product instruction, and maintain product knowledge while representing the John Deere brand.

Manage assigned territory and customer accounts selling residential, commercial, governmental, and small ag equipment. Provide proactive customer service, conduct site visits and demonstrations, generate sales through a consistent process, document contacts in CRM, coordinate rentals and inventory, support pre-delivery and training, update online listings, and represent the dealership and John Deere brand professionally.
