Support Corporate Sales Manager in valuing, inspecting, reconditioning, advertising, and selling used equipment. Manage remarketing channels, oversee photo/inspection processes, coordinate transfers and reconditioning, maintain inventory and lease reports, update pricing, load listings to social media, and generate sales and inventory reports while communicating availability across teams and growing dealer relationships.

Manage accounts and generate equipment sales within a defined territory. Conduct customer site visits, follow a consistent sales process, document activity in CRM, coordinate with dealership staff, provide product instruction, and maintain product knowledge while representing the John Deere brand.

Support retail equipment sales by assisting customers, shadowing sales reps, conducting demonstrations, helping with inventory and marketing, and gaining exposure to service and parts while following safety procedures.
