Manage commercial accounts receivable and collections, including past-due account outreach, payment negotiations, billing dispute resolution, invoice processing, payment application, customer statements, reconciliations, and aging analysis. Partner with customers, project teams, operations, and leadership to improve cash flow, resolve account issues, strengthen collection processes, and support month-end close activities.

Develop commercial HVAC and mechanical project sales opportunities, build customer relationships, conduct facility assessments, create proposals and engineered solutions, negotiate agreements, and close sales. Manage awarded projects through completion by coordinating procurement, vendors, subcontractors, budgets, billing, and customer requirements. Provide consultative technical guidance to improve building performance, reliability, energy efficiency, and operating costs.
