Supervise Ridwell’s Portland fleet and warehouse operations, including staffing, route planning, employee training, fleet maintenance, inventory control, scheduling, safety, and KPI oversight. Improve standard operating procedures, address performance issues, support material management, and coordinate with regional leadership on operational and financial performance. The role also serves as a trainer and backup driver when needed.

Lead and scale paid acquisition by optimizing Meta ads, diversifying channels, building a UGC/creator pipeline, partnering cross-functionally, and owning budget planning and forecasting to drive efficient growth.

Lead lifecycle and retention strategy for Ridwell's Pickup and Mail-In products, owning onboarding, activation, and retention across email, SMS, journeys, and QA. Build coordinated cross-channel campaigns, partner with acquisition, product, and creative teams, and use data and automation (including AI) to improve member experience and reduce operational overhead.
