Teams at Ridley's Family Markets, Inc.

Provide prescription verification, counseling, immunizations and health screenings, manage pharmacy operations and inventory, satisfy Pharmacist-in-Charge requirements, supervise and coach pharmacy staff, and support store pharmacy business objectives. Float position with variable shifts and possible travel between stores.

Verify and dispense prescriptions, provide patient counseling and clinical services (immunizations, screenings), manage pharmacy staff and inventory, ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance, and partner with store management to meet business goals.

Supervise front-end staff and operations to ensure excellent customer service, accurate cash handling, register operation, and compliance with store policies and applicable laws. Staff scheduling, supplies control, security procedures, and collaboration with other department managers to support store sales and morale.
