Teams at Ridley's Family Markets, Inc.

Oversees in-store UPC scanning and price verification, trains and supervises scanning team, maintains price accuracy and records, troubleshoots scanning equipment, and assists store leadership with evaluations and customer inquiries to support store profitability and compliance.

Provide pharmacy services as a float pharmacist: verify prescriptions, counsel patients, manage inventory and records, perform immunizations/health screenings, lead and coach pharmacy staff, and ensure compliance with Pharmacist-in-Charge duties across stores.

Verify and dispense prescriptions, provide patient counseling and clinical services (immunizations, screenings), manage pharmacy staff and inventory, ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance, and partner with store management to meet business goals.
