Assists the Front End Manager with supervising checkout operations, maintaining customer service, ensuring register coverage, managing front-end supplies, controlling cash and safe procedures, communicating promotions, and supporting store policies. Operates registers and bags purchases as needed, maintains team morale, coordinates with department managers, and follows applicable security, cash-handling, tobacco, alcohol, and Nevada slot-area requirements.

Coordinates store scanning operations, including UPC item scans, price verification, shelf-tag and sign accuracy, price-file updates, records, equipment maintenance, and productivity standards. Trains scanning team members, supports evaluations and disciplinary actions, assists customers, collaborates with department managers, and helps correct pricing errors to protect store revenue.

Supervises front-end store operations, including customer service, cashier coverage, checkout procedures, cash register and safe security, supplies, pricing communication, and compliance with company policies. Supports team morale, resolves guest and team member concerns, coordinates with department managers, and may oversee slot-area transactions in Nevada. Requires prior front-end experience and a minimum age of 21.
