Design control systems, electrical schematics, and hydraulic and pneumatic packages using AutoCAD or SolidWorks. Develop and verify safety systems, follow ANSI and IEC guidelines, manage project workflows and documentation, participate in technical reviews, maintain Jira updates, and support client relationships under team-lead direction.

Leads electrical, fluid power, PLC, HMI, robotics, motion control, and peripheral system design and programming. Commissions, tests, and debugs automation systems; manages project scope, client relationships, documentation, hardware purchasing, and Jira updates. Ensures compliance with standards, supports clients outside regular hours when needed, and contributes to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and team development.

Designs electrical and controls systems, including schematics, panel layouts, wiring, I/O documentation, power distribution, motor controls, safety circuits, and bills of materials. Leads controls design on projects, coordinates with PLC and automation teams, supports quoting, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting, and ensures compliance with electrical standards. Provides technical mentorship, improves design processes, and maintains accurate as-built documentation.
