Oversee delivery of nursing care on 2nd shift; supervise RNs/LPNs/CNAs; manage admissions, transfers, and incidents; review physician orders and labs; conduct staff competencies and education; ensure regulatory compliance; participate in QAPI and on-call rotation; fill in for DON as needed.
