Manage workstreams, present findings to investment stakeholders, contribute to bids and pricing, and develop delivery tools and methodologies.

Leads commercial finance strategy, budgeting, forecasting, business reviews, performance reporting, financial controls, compliance, revenue recognition, cash management, and process improvement. Partners with senior leaders to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. Develops the finance team through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning while optimizing ERP systems, including Dynamics 365. Requires substantial commercial finance leadership experience, professional services expertise, and a recognized accounting qualification.

Lead establishment and delivery of risk, early warning and change management for a large-scale data centre project. Facilitate risk workshops, maintain risk and change registers, perform qualitative/quantitative assessments, manage change submissions and governance, integrate with project controls, and report metrics. Engage clients, contractors and senior stakeholders to mitigate risks, track responses, support assurance and ensure consistent governance across the programme.
