Lead M&E cost planning, estimating, procurement, post-contract cost management and commercial/contractual performance for data centre and other built-environment projects. Ensure compliance with EHSSQ standards, support value-for-money objectives, manage stakeholders and client accounts, and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams to meet deadlines.

Manage commercial and contractual performance across data centre and other built-environment projects. Provide cost planning, estimating, post-contract and procurement support, ensure value for money, comply with EHSQ standards, manage stakeholders and client accounts, and support delivery of M&E cost management and project cost control.

The MEP Associate Cost Manager will lead Data Centre projects, manage cost and quantity surveying, and develop client relationships. Responsibilities include team management, financial performance oversight, and strategy development to ensure project success and high technical standards.
