Assist customers with powersports product selection and purchases, maintain product knowledge, follow up on leads, process sales documentation, meet dealership sales goals, and support showroom upkeep. The role includes customer service, sales training, team collaboration, and weekend or peak-period availability. No prior sales or powersports experience is required.

Handles internet leads, phone inquiries, appointments, follow-ups, and customer communications for a Harley-Davidson dealership. Maintains customer information in the CRM, develops relationships with past customers, stays current on inventory, assists customers with vehicle selection, and collaborates across departments to support the sales process.

Manages digital sales inquiries, online inventory listings, CRM follow-up, appointment setting, financing and trade-in discussions, customer handoffs, and deal conversion. Leads and trains internet sales associates while promoting protection products, parts, and accessories. The role is accountable for sales targets, conversion benchmarks, revenue goals, and a high-quality customer experience across digital and dealership interactions.
