Research exceptions (returned ACH, uncashed checks, duplicates), maintain documentation, and improve reconciliation processes as systems migrate from Sage to Lightspeed and JPMorgan.

Provide friendly, high-energy customer service to guide customers through selection and purchase of powersports vehicles; maintain product knowledge and showroom displays; follow-up on leads; process sales paperwork accurately; collaborate with sales and service teams to meet dealership goals.

Lead showroom operations for new and pre-owned powersports vehicles; coach and manage the sales team to hit targets; assist with complex deal structuring and F&I integration; optimize floor coverage and conversions; ensure customer-first, profitable sales processes; maintain showroom safety and handle physical vehicle movement.
