Provide on-site operational support for legal offices: operate high-volume copiers, scanners, and mail/shipping equipment; perform scanning, OCR, file conversion, bindery, billing logs, and customer service; handle confidential documents and coordinate equipment maintenance and inter-office deliveries.

Support internal audit engagements across financial cycles (cash, receivables, inventory, payroll). Perform control testing under SOX Section 404, assist with data analytics, research audit issues, communicate findings, collaborate with teams, and participate in training and mentorship activities.

Manage daily operations of a small mail/copy/scan site, supervise a small team, ensure contract compliance and customer service, train staff, handle facility/vendor issues, track SLAs and complete site reporting.
