Provides administrative and executive-level support for the Conservation Division, including scheduling, correspondence, records management, customer inquiries, budget tracking, purchasing, reporting, meeting preparation, database updates, and SharePoint maintenance. Supports boards, committees, and public hearings while maintaining confidential information and departmental records. Requires independent judgment, strong organizational and communication skills, accurate data handling, and proficiency with office software.

Provides administrative, clerical, research, customer service, and project-based support for Richland County’s Grants and Community Outreach Department. Assists with HUD grant management, CDBG funding processes, small business grant development, database review, records requests, reporting, and coordination with county departments, nonprofits, businesses, and the public. Works under direct supervision in an on-site government office.
