Lead end-to-end exhibition projects for L'ÉCOLE Asia Pacific, managing schedules, budgets, procurement, permits, legal and loan agreements, transport, insurance, copyright, conservation, installation, contractors, maintenance, and bilingual content production. The role coordinates designers, internal teams, and external partners while maintaining compliance, project records, and exhibition quality and safety standards.

Manage and grow one or more sales channels (direct, online, retail). Develop channel strategies, identify opportunities, set targets, negotiate contracts, manage partner relationships, oversee CRM, ensure compliance, deliver pricing/terms projects, develop product training, and supervise junior colleagues while maintaining subject-matter expertise and external accreditations.

Represent A. Lange & Sohne as a luxury watch brand ambassador while delivering exceptional boutique customer service and achieving personal sales targets. Responsibilities include managing the complete sales process, developing VIP and prospect relationships, using CRM tools, organizing private viewings, coordinating repairs and after-sales matters, maintaining inventory and boutique standards, processing high-value transactions, supporting stocktaking, reporting opportunities, and contributing to team training and operations.
