Represent A. Lange & Sohne as a luxury watch brand ambassador while delivering exceptional boutique customer service and achieving personal sales targets. Responsibilities include managing the complete sales process, developing VIP and prospect relationships, using CRM tools, organizing private viewings, coordinating repairs and after-sales matters, maintaining inventory and boutique standards, processing high-value transactions, supporting stocktaking, reporting opportunities, and contributing to team training and operations.

Greet and assist boutique visitors, direct clients to appropriate personnel, manage inbound calls, and respond to customer inquiries through email and chat. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience in a luxury retail environment while maintaining professional communication and supporting boutique operations.

Oversee boutique operations, including inventory accuracy, stockroom organization, deliveries, replenishment, transfers, repairs, supplies, maintenance, and audit compliance. Lead and develop the operations team, coordinate with supply chain and business partners, and optimize processes to support product availability, client service, store efficiency, and profitability.
