Lead global FP&A function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, management reporting, and strategic P&L analysis. Partner with CFO/CEO, support Board materials, drive process improvements, evaluate growth initiatives (including M&A and product launches), and lead a global finance team to deliver actionable insights and scalable processes.

Design, build, and execute test plans and automation for a large-scale distributed analytics platform. Validate Kubernetes deployments, create Jenkins pipelines, perform PostgreSQL and Hadoop performance testing, track defects, run scalability/reliability tests, and mentor junior QA engineers while improving CI/CD test processes.

Meet with customers to gather requirements and produce detailed order capture worksheets, specs, and drawings using Ribbon tools. Engineer, configure, test, and deploy telecom and data equipment across central office and outside plant infrastructure. Perform log analysis, root cause analysis, and determine DC power, cabling, and termination needs while following TL9000/ISO quality practices.
