Underwrite performing commercial real estate loan requests; perform property-level credit, cash-flow and debt coverage analyses; review operating statements, leases and third-party reports; draft and present credit recommendation memoranda; negotiate transactions and coordinate with borrowers, legal counsel, property managers and vendors to ensure compliance through closing.
