The role supports medical affairs and publication teams in a pharmaceutical environment.

Oversee accurate, compliant monthly payroll across international markets, especially Europe. Responsibilities include payroll processing, input validation, reconciliation, vendor coordination, statutory compliance, employee inquiries, audits, reporting, system enhancements, process improvement, and support for new market entities. The role partners closely with HR, Finance, payroll providers, and local authorities while managing sensitive payroll and compliance matters.
