Own daily transactional accounting across five entities: journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, payroll processing, AP, onboarding administration, and ad hoc Controller support. Maintain clean records, run payroll, reconcile cards and bank statements, support accruals, and handle limited office administration and special projects.

Hands-on outdoor role maintaining land and outdoor facilities, including shotgun, pistol and archery ranges, fisheries, and developing gardens and livestock projects. Duties include course setup, range upkeep, light firearm instruction, guest greeting, assisting events and instructors, identifying and addressing maintenance needs, and supporting new initiatives and land stewardship.

Lead design and scaling of club-wide programming and events, integrating community, education, adventure, and dining. Build repeatable event playbooks, coordinate cross-functional partners, manage on-site execution, analyze attendance and conversion metrics, and refine calendars to drive member retention and consistent experiences across multiple locations.

Supervise the firing line to enforce safety protocols, assist members with lane setup and basic malfunctions, de-escalate conflicts, and maintain range facilities. Serve as the club face to ensure a safe, respectful shooting environment while mentoring and supporting members.

Maintain and steward outdoor facilities and grounds, including shotgun, pistol, and archery ranges, fisheries, and new land projects. Perform hands-on maintenance, safety checks, setup of courses/stations, guest-facing hospitality, assist instructors and events, and support gardens, livestock, and special builds as needed.
