Provide meal service and food preparation in a long-term care facility, ensuring portion control, food safety (HACCP), proper sanitation, temperature documentation, equipment operation, and nourishment cart stocking while following facility policies and safety procedures.

Coordinate daily shift assignments for nurses, PSWs and allied health staff across multiple sites; communicate with client facilities; manage last-minute changes; use scheduling and CRM systems to maintain accurate records; notify staff of assignments; collaborate with recruitment and nursing teams; identify scheduling trends and support process improvements to ensure reliable staffing and quality client/staff experience.

The Dietary Aide serves food according to individual diets, ensures safe food handling, maintains cleanliness, and assists with kitchen operations in long-term care facilities.
