Lead and support one or more gene-therapy development programs by driving cross-functional planning, execution, risk management, governance, and external partner coordination. Prepare executive and board materials, maintain integrated plans and dashboards, manage budgets and timelines, and improve program management processes while acting as deputy to the Program Management Lead.

Lead clinical development strategy for ophthalmology gene-therapy programs (retina-focused). Design and oversee clinical trials, prepare regulatory documents, ensure patient safety and data integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, CROs, investigators, and regulators to advance programs to milestones.
