Leads enterprise AI software deployments for federal and defense customers, managing client relationships, project delivery, training, onboarding, feedback integration, and cross-functional execution. Builds and manages delivery teams, partners with developers and leadership, supports proposals and business development, and maintains executive stakeholder relationships. The role requires expertise in PPBE, resource planning, POM cycles, analytics, AI methods, data integration, and enterprise solution delivery, with a focus on completing projects and expanding customer adoption.

Provide confidential, high-level administrative support to the CEO, advisory board, and executive team. Manage complex calendars, domestic and international travel, meetings, agendas, notes, follow-up actions, documents, communications, and events. Handle sensitive information with exceptional discretion, judgment, diplomacy, and accuracy. Coordinate stakeholders, resolve scheduling conflicts, improve administrative processes, and adapt to rapidly changing executive priorities. The role requires onsite work five days per week in Palo Alto and approximately 20% travel.

Own budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, revenue planning, workforce models, BI dashboards, and financial reporting. Partner with Sales, Accounting, Recruiting, and leadership to evaluate SaaS revenue, government contracts, costs, cash flow, profitability, and investment decisions. Build FP&A processes and automate reporting in a fast-paced, onsite Palo Alto environment.
