Lead company-wide recruiting strategy and execution across technical and business functions. Personally drive critical searches, partner with founders and hiring leaders, build and develop an internal talent team, establish scalable recruiting processes, manage systems and analytics, improve hiring quality, and strengthen candidate experience and employer brand.

Own production deployment solutions for robotic AI systems after customer purchase orders. Translate customer requirements into workflows and work-cell designs, conduct feasibility analysis, integrate robots with sensors, conveyors, PLCs, MES, and other plant systems, and lead FAT, commissioning, and SAT. Define requirements, author operating procedures, measure system performance, support customer-site deployment, and provide production feedback to product and engineering teams.

Own end-to-end delivery of customer robotics programs from scoping through proof-of-concept completion. Responsibilities include timeline and resource planning, customer communications, cross-functional coordination, site readiness, logistics, risk mitigation, field feedback, and process improvement across concurrent US and European programs. The role requires technical fluency in robotics and automation, strong project management, executive communication, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
