Manage an assigned sales territory by developing strategy, identifying new business, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Provide technical support and product recommendations for industrial assembly and material-handling solutions. Collaborate with manufacturing and quality engineers, regional teams, inside sales, and channel partners to deliver customer projects and services on time. Travel extensively by car or plane and use CRM systems to manage sales activities.

Develop and execute territory sales strategies for industrial assembly and material-handling solutions. Build customer relationships, identify new business, provide technical product support, deliver recommendations, manage sales projects, collaborate with internal teams and partners, and exceed sales targets across Utah and Colorado. The role requires substantial travel by car or plane and engagement with manufacturing and quality engineering customers.

Supports customers and Sales Engineers by demonstrating, scoping, implementing, programming, troubleshooting, and training users on industrial automation and emerging technologies. Serves as a technical subject matter expert for cordless DC tools and leads on-site solution deployments involving PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, vision systems, robots, AR devices, MES, AGVs, and AMRs. Also assists with proposals, hardware and software costing, vendor coordination, and customer support across the Midwest region.
