Leads census growth and referral development for a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Builds relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, managed care organizations, and community partners; executes outreach and marketing strategies; conducts tours and presentations; collaborates with admissions; analyzes referral and market data; tracks business development metrics; and represents the facility at networking and community events.

Serve as the facility's clinical liaison and business developer: perform bedside pre-admission assessments, convert referrals to admissions, build relationships with hospitals and physicians, track territory metrics, coordinate admissions, and execute marketing and community outreach to drive census.

Provides meal preparation and service in a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include following dietary and food safety guidelines, serving residents, cleaning dining and kitchen areas, monitoring food inventory, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with kitchen and healthcare staff. The role requires customer service, teamwork, English communication, physical mobility, and the ability to work safely with residents in a fast-paced culinary environment. No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.
