Lead preparation and consolidation of entity and group financial reports, ensure regulatory compliance (BNM, Bursa, SC), manage regulator and auditor relationships, oversee audit appointments and fees, implement new accounting standards, support strategic initiatives and subsidiary reporting, and lead a finance team to meet deadlines and reporting integrity.

Acquire and manage a portfolio of mid-market clients, drive revenue through lending and cross-sell, perform end-to-end credit evaluation and monitoring, mitigate credit risk, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and provide high-quality client service to achieve commercial banking targets.
