Leads a Private Banking team responsible for revenue growth, client acquisition, retention, service quality, and sales execution. Manages Private Client Directors through coaching, portfolio oversight, performance management, recruitment, and development. Plans client marketing activities, optimizes CRM and campaign leads, ensures customer engagement, and maintains compliance with regulatory, operational risk, legal, and policy requirements. Partners with branch and regional sales leadership to expand the Private customer base and deliver business objectives.

Own the development, commercialization, delivery, and lifecycle management of receivables and collection products within transaction banking. Responsibilities include designing domestic and cross-border payment solutions, driving adoption and revenue, pricing and bundling, stakeholder coordination, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, process improvement, product training, market research, and continuous product enhancement.

Leads the bank’s annual regulatory compliance review plan across Malaysian branches, business functions, and regional entities. Evaluates regulatory risks, investigates compliance issues, coordinates corrective action plans, monitors regulatory requests, and reports violations to management and the Board. Provides compliance expertise, coordinates team resources, coaches employees, supports hiring and development, enforces standards, and oversees performance and documentation.
