Promote PF-i and related banking products, achieve individual and group sales targets, develop sales plans, prospect new customers, conduct sales visits, set appointments, and cross-sell banking products. The role also maintains customer service standards, follows bank compliance policies, protects the brand, and maintains the physical sales center.

Leads a Private Banking team responsible for revenue growth, client acquisition, retention, service quality, and sales execution. Manages Private Client Directors through coaching, portfolio oversight, performance management, recruitment, and development. Plans client marketing activities, optimizes CRM and campaign leads, ensures customer engagement, and maintains compliance with regulatory, operational risk, legal, and policy requirements. Partners with branch and regional sales leadership to expand the Private customer base and deliver business objectives.

Own the development, commercialization, delivery, and lifecycle management of receivables and collection products within transaction banking. Responsibilities include designing domestic and cross-border payment solutions, driving adoption and revenue, pricing and bundling, stakeholder coordination, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, process improvement, product training, market research, and continuous product enhancement.
