Develops product positioning, messaging, buyer personas, go-to-market strategies, market insights, product launches, pricing and packaging analysis, and sales enablement collateral. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Demand, and Content teams to drive pipeline, win rate, and ARR growth. Leads AI-first workflow adoption and supports marketing of healthcare interoperability and data-quality solutions.

Leads Professional Services integration projects, including software implementation, workflow consulting, integration architecture, development, testing, and deployment. Provides technical and project leadership, supports sales, product, marketing, training, and QA initiatives, and acts as a liaison between account teams and end users. Develops training content and embeds AI into repeatable workflows using prompts, templates, and automations.

Supports AWS-based SaaS environments by monitoring infrastructure, troubleshooting incidents, deploying and maintaining cloud services, performing health checks, following runbooks, participating in on-call rotations, and communicating with customers and internal teams. The role also documents operational procedures, collaborates on reliability improvements, and uses AI tools to enhance engineering workflows.
