Lead AI-first workflow improvements, automation, adoption, and governance across teams.

Lead complex, high-visibility healthcare IT implementation projects from planning through transition to support. Manage scope, timeline, resources, risks, and escalations; build executive and multi-level client relationships; coordinate cross-functional teams; mentor junior PMs; drive AI-first process improvements and governance; prepare executive status reports and ensure adherence to methodology and standards.

Partner with sales leadership to improve pipeline hygiene, document and optimize sales processes, run pipeline audits, onboard and train reps, and drive AI-enabled operational improvements to increase sales effectiveness.
