Provide administrative and project support to engineering and control systems teams: prepare contracts and procurement documents, issue purchase orders, track materials, schedule and document meetings, handle travel and expense reports, support communications, and provide backup office coordination to ensure accurate project deliverables and compliance.

Supports civil infrastructure projects involving water, wastewater, stormwater, irrigation, transportation, and environmental systems. Responsibilities include gathering data, performing entry-level design calculations, preparing reports and base maps, conducting field visits, observing construction, and revising technical materials. The role provides mentorship and hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, hydraulic modeling, and public infrastructure design.

Entry-level civil infrastructure engineer supporting planning, design, analysis, reports, mapping, and construction observation for water, wastewater, stormwater, transportation, irrigation, and environmental projects. The role includes mentorship, field visits, design calculations, technical documentation, and collaboration across disciplines. Candidates must hold an ABET-accredited engineering degree and obtain EIT certification within one year, with opportunities to pursue PE licensure.
