Entry-level civil engineer supporting planning, design, and construction of water, wastewater, stormwater, irrigation, and transportation projects. Perform data gathering, entry-level design calculations, report development, base map preparation, field visits, and construction observation. Gain experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, hydraulic modeling, and collaborate across multi-office project teams under mentorship.

Provide administrative and project support to engineering and control systems teams: prepare contracts and procurement documents, issue purchase orders, track materials, schedule and document meetings, handle travel and expense reports, support communications, and provide backup office coordination to ensure accurate project deliverables and compliance.
