Manage and grow client accounts by understanding business and technology needs, identifying sales opportunities, developing solution-based strategies, coordinating internal resources, leading presentations, negotiating contracts, and handling escalations. The role requires consultative account management, technology knowledge, project and cost management, communication with technical and executive stakeholders, opportunity tracking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

The Staff Accountant manages domestic and international accounting activities, including accounts payable, bank and general ledger reconciliations, fixed assets, depreciation, taxes, payroll postings, corporate card expenses, accruals, and prepaids. The role supports month-end and year-end close, flux analysis, financial reporting, dashboards, and external audits. It requires accurate, independent execution, collaboration with leadership and vendors, and proficiency in advanced Excel and Microsoft Office tools.

Lead technical delivery of mid-to-large IT projects: perform analysis, implementations, system integration, infrastructure deployment, testing, documentation, and client/stakeholder coordination. Drive QA, standards, and AI-native automation to improve consistency and repeatability across project lifecycles.
