Provides strategic technology leadership and advisory services to financial-services clients. Develops technology roadmaps, evaluates architectures and vendors, identifies risks and modernization opportunities, guides investment planning, and advises executives. Coordinates internal engineering, security, compliance, project, and service-delivery teams without directly implementing solutions. Provides expertise across cloud, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, identity, Microsoft 365, business continuity, AI, and automation.

Monitors SIEM, EDR, and other security tools to detect, investigate, prioritize, and escalate malicious activity. The SOC Analyst follows incident response procedures for containment and remediation, documents events, communicates status updates, responds to client inquiries, and supports vulnerability scanning, network mapping, and MDR infrastructure maintenance. The role operates in a 24x7 SOC environment and contributes to process improvement and team collaboration.

Manage and grow client accounts by understanding business and technology needs, identifying sales opportunities, developing solution-based strategies, coordinating internal resources, leading presentations, negotiating contracts, and handling escalations. The role requires consultative account management, technology knowledge, project and cost management, communication with technical and executive stakeholders, opportunity tracking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
