RFA Engineering Benefits Overview

Creates and modifies 3-D CAD models, engineering and manufacturing drawings, bills of material, and engineering change documentation. Reviews designs for accuracy, manufacturability, and compliance with standards, applies geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, maintains technical records, and supports engineers in resolving design and documentation issues. Collaborates with project teams and completes drafting assignments according to schedules and customer requirements.

Supports manufacturing and assembly operations for engines, powertrain systems, cast components, and off-highway equipment. Responsibilities include process development, production readiness, new product launches, APQP, PFMEAs, root cause investigations, quality improvements, troubleshooting, supplier collaboration, and Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement. The role works onsite with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and supplier teams, with travel up to 10%.
