Lead and develop an inside sales team for industrial/commercial construction and OEM accounts. Oversee quoting from RFP acknowledgment to submission, ensure margin management, pricing control, vendor coordination, process standardization, CRM/ERP usage, and customer follow-up to drive profitable growth and quote-to-order execution.

Manage recurring tax compliance and reporting across monthly, quarterly and year-end cycles: prepare tax schedules and workpapers, collect source documentation, complete filings via portals, reconcile to accounting, assist with journal entries, and support audits and stakeholder communications.

Manage and execute vendor managed inventory (VMI) agreements onsite: monitor inventory levels, place reorders, replenish stock, conduct customer assessments, resolve issues, support quoting, and train new hires to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.
