The Product Specialist supports outside sales by promoting electrical products, identifying sales opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and advising customers on suitable solutions. The role develops product expertise, supports technical training, manages customer and supplier relationships, assists with proposals and business planning, and provides product and technical support to branches and customers. The position requires sales experience, electrical distribution knowledge, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Manages daily pricing operations, including price setting, margin analysis, pricing data accuracy, contract compliance, and pricing system maintenance. Leads pricing analysts, develops pricing models and reports, supports sales pricing requests, and collaborates with finance, sales, marketing, procurement, and operations. The role drives margin improvement, process efficiency, policy compliance, audit readiness, and implementation of corporate pricing strategies.

Coordinates day-to-day projects and provides administrative support to the project management team. Maintains customer orders, enters and tracks purchase orders, expedites vendor orders, reconciles final billings, and coordinates communication among vendors, sales, management, and customers. Processes shop drawings for approval and records, supports sales initiatives, and represents the company brand while maintaining positive customer and supplier relationships.
