Responsibilities include retrieving and inspecting wire, adjusting machine controls, fulfilling accurate shipments, staging and storing materials, performing equipment checks, and maintaining safety and productivity standards. The role may also support other warehouse functions and requires physical handling of materials, basic math, computer skills, and occasional travel to offsite locations.

Conducts inside telephone and email sales, processes quotes and orders, manages customer relationships, prospects for new accounts, and supports outside sales. Provides product recommendations, resolves customer issues, follows up on proposals, researches market and competitor information, and develops electrical product knowledge. May also assist with branch counter sales, order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping.
