Provides inside sales and customer service through phone and email, processes orders, inquiries, and quotations, confirms product availability, recommends alternatives, follows up on quotes, conducts outbound sales calls, and assists with e-commerce inquiries. Requires electrical product knowledge, strong communication and relationship-building skills, multitasking ability, computer literacy, and at least two years of inside sales or customer service experience.

Conduct proactive inside sales by phone and email, process quotes and orders, manage customer relationships, prospect for new accounts, and support outside sales personnel. Provide product recommendations, resolve customer issues, follow up on proposals, report market intelligence, and develop product and application knowledge through training and internal resources.

Manage existing customer accounts, develop new business, and meet branch sales targets through phone, in-person, and email engagement. Build customer relationships, identify opportunities, grow profitable portfolios, and provide expert service to key accounts. Support branch operations as needed by serving at the trade counter and picking and packing warehouse orders. Success requires customer focus, accountability, collaboration, flexibility, and comfort working toward sales targets.
