Provides internal sales and technical support to commercial and industrial customers. Receives orders by phone and email, researches electrical products, promotes products, develops prospects, follows up on quotes and deliveries, and collaborates with external sales representatives. The role also supports branch performance by identifying growth opportunities, informally coaching colleagues, improving processes, and contributing to branch KPI achievement.

Assess customer financial statements, prepare credit risk assessments, manage credit risk platforms, liaise with trade credit insurer and credit bureaus, extract and analyse ERP/finance data, and produce reporting and KPIs for management and AR team.

Manages customer accounts and drives profitable sales through telephone and email outreach. Processes quotes, orders, proposals, and priority transactions; provides product recommendations, technical assistance, and follow-up throughout the purchasing cycle. Prospects for new accounts, develops customer relationships, resolves issues, researches market and competitor information, and maintains product knowledge through training and internal resources.
