Full-time Storeperson responsible for maintaining the storeroom, serving customers, receiving and dispatching goods, loading and unloading deliveries, picking and packing orders, managing inventory and stocktakes, and supporting branch safety standards. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, customer service skills, a current clean-driver’s-license record, and preferably prior warehousing and forklift experience.

Completes a structured sales training program covering product knowledge, branch and warehouse operations, customer service, order processing, quoting, pricing, logistics, and sales support. Builds customer relationships, responds to product inquiries, prepares operational documents, learns company systems, and rotates through branch, warehouse, and project operations. May shadow sales calls and travel occasionally to offsite locations.

Leads full-cycle recruiting for corporate, specialty, and early-career roles. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, managing requisitions, screening and interviewing candidates, partnering with hiring managers, conducting college recruiting, tracking recruitment KPIs, improving processes, supporting recruitment marketing, and providing workforce-planning insights. The Recruiter also builds candidate networks, attends career events, advises leaders, and ensures timely movement through the hiring and onboarding process.
