Own the full client portfolio lifecycle, including onboarding, relationship management, service optimization, reporting, and retention. Coordinate Trust Accountants, Property Management Assistants, and Team Leads to ensure quality delivery, balanced workloads, and proactive issue resolution. Lead client meetings, business reviews, feedback processes, escalations, and occasional training. Drive continuous improvement and strengthen client satisfaction across commercial property management and trust accounting services.
