Drives revenue and backlog growth for electrical special services by developing client relationships, prospecting, estimating projects, preparing bids, and closing sales. The role manages pipelines, forecasts revenue, supports design-build solutions, coordinates with engineering and project teams, attends site meetings, identifies change orders and value engineering opportunities, and cultivates repeat business and service agreements.

The Human Resources Generalist manages daily HR operations, including benefits, leave administration, training, employee relations, investigations, compliance, performance support, and employee recognition. The role advises managers on policies, maintains employment-law compliance, supports learning and development programs, creates job descriptions, assists with career planning and employee events, and serves as primary support for HR department activities. Travel to other offices and jobsites is required.

Designs complex commercial electrical systems, including building power, lighting, load calculations, panel schedules, signal systems, and telecommunications. Collaborates with clients, architects, contractors, project managers, estimators, and field teams. Prepares specifications and design-build proposals, performs lighting and cost analyses, supports AutoCAD presentations, and provides leadership and training to engineering, design, and CAD staff. Requires a California P.E. license, BSEE degree, and substantial building electrical design experience.
