Provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership: manage calendars, travel, meetings, correspondence, reports and filing; coordinate projects, liaise with stakeholders, assist event logistics, and handle confidential information while working remotely on US hours.

Coordinate post-sale pool construction activities: order and track materials, liaise with suppliers and subcontractors, monitor budgets and schedules, resolve delays, maintain purchase and invoice records, and provide project status updates to keep multiple builds on time and within budget.

Design, build, and maintain workflow automations and API integrations across systems. Analyze processes, implement scalable automations using platforms and AI tools, monitor and troubleshoot workflows, document solutions, and train/support users for continuous improvement.
