Lead Conductor’s product vision, roadmap, and delivery engine for household energy upgrades. Own interfaces for households, contractors, and administrators; simplify workflows; prioritize features with design and engineering; collaborate with utilities, OEMs, and contractors; apply AI-first prototyping; and establish high product-quality standards. The role involves building 0-to-1 products, balancing automation with human support, and scaling the product team as the company grows.

Leads state and regional policy campaigns advancing building electrification and distributed energy resources, particularly in Colorado, Oregon, and Washington. Responsibilities include policy research and analysis, legislative and regulatory tracking, developing recommendations, coalition and stakeholder engagement, grant reporting, thought leadership, and cross-functional project management.
