Produce high-volume branded graphics, videos, web content, social campaigns, and search-optimized materials. Run an internal influencer program by ghostwriting and coaching executives and subject-matter experts. Own WordPress updates, SEO/AEO/GEO visibility, social listening, community content, and performance analytics. Translate data into production priorities and recommendations while collaborating with product and marketing teams in a fast-paced, AI-first environment.

Own the highest-level technical escalations, investigating complex bugs, data inconsistencies, API integrations, OAuth configurations, webhooks, permissions, and recovery scenarios. Reproduce issues, read and write code for debugging, analyze logs and API responses, and partner with Engineering through resolution. Support enterprise onboarding, maintain technical knowledge resources, identify recurring product issues, and participate in weekend and holiday on-call rotations.

Lead Rewind's full technology function (engineering, cloud infrastructure, security, and support). Define and execute technology vision and architecture for scale and reliability, own technology budget, build high-performing teams, drive AI-powered engineering practices, maintain SOC 2/GDPR/CCPA compliance, and align engineering with customer needs and product roadmap.
