Teams at Rewind

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Rewind’s DevOps backup and resilience platform, from prospecting and discovery through close. Generate net-new business through outbound strategies, partner relationships, inbound opportunities, and SaaS marketplace leads. Collaborate with Sales Engineering on demos, trials, and proofs of concept; manage infosec and legal reviews; maintain Salesforce forecasting accuracy; and provide product and sales-team feedback. Engage CTO, CIO, CISO, DevOps, and technology leaders, attending industry events and customer meetings as needed.

Own the highest-level technical escalations, investigating complex bugs, data inconsistencies, API integrations, OAuth configurations, webhooks, permissions, and recovery scenarios. Reproduce issues, read and write code for debugging, analyze logs and API responses, and partner with Engineering through resolution. Support enterprise onboarding, maintain technical knowledge resources, identify recurring product issues, and participate in weekend and holiday on-call rotations.
