Outside Account Executive responsible for prospecting and closing restaurant clients within the Olympia territory via door knocks, cold calling, social media, and in-person meetings. Manage pipeline and CRM, meet weekly/monthly sales targets, collaborate with account managers, and present product and financial solutions to decision makers.

Own and refine backlog and user stories for three backend engineering squads; partner with product leadership and stakeholders to translate requirements, define acceptance criteria, support UAT, triage production issues, and keep delivery aligned to the roadmap using Jira/Confluence and Agile practices.

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for prospecting new customers, developing sales pipelines, building relationships, and exceeding sales quotas while managing CRM records.
