Design, build, test, and maintain scalable backend PHP applications. Troubleshoot production issues, implement enhancements, write tests and documentation, collaborate with distributed teams, and mentor colleagues.

Execute high-quality brand and marketing design across digital, print, and events. Manage personal workload, develop concepts within scope/timeline/budgets, ensure brand consistency, coordinate production with vendors, and collaborate with marketing, product, and sales. Support junior team members and contribute to team workflows and creative direction.

Provide high-quality operational and technical support to AUKUS clients, resolving complex enquiries, delivering training, documenting interactions, adhering to SLAs, and escalating issues. Collaborate cross-functionally to test features, give product feedback, and act as a technical product expert. Participate in onboarding and knowledge sharing, continuously developing product expertise and meeting KPIs.
