Processes supplier invoices, employee expenses, bank transactions, reconciliations, authorized payments, and month-end activities. Handles ad hoc payments, follows accounts payable procedures, maintains confidentiality, and responds to business requests. The role is suitable for finance or accounting graduates and requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, English communication, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Own and optimize global marketing operations across HubSpot, Salesforce, lead lifecycle management, automation, attribution, reporting, data governance, and campaign processes. Improve marketing and sales alignment, data quality, platform adoption, funnel visibility, and operational scalability. Build dashboards, enhance integrations, troubleshoot systems, and advise stakeholders across global regions on marketing technology and operational best practices.

Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure across AWS environments, troubleshoot full-stack infrastructure issues, support developer tooling and platform initiatives, build automation and CI/CD pipelines, improve observability, reliability, security, and documentation, and reduce technical debt. The role requires collaboration with Site Reliability and engineering teams, metric-driven operations, Agile practices, and experience across application and infrastructure codebases, including PHP, SQL, and LLM vendor platforms such as AWS Bedrock.
