Drive test architecture, automation frameworks, API/contract testing, quality gates, cross-squad integrated testing, defect triage, RCA, and reporting to senior stakeholders while coaching squads on shift-left practices and test efficiency.

Partner with product teams to drive data-driven decisions: implement tracking best practices, build self-serve dashboards, deliver insights, manage analytics tools, and improve product data literacy across the organisation.

Lead end-to-end rollouts of the Discounts module into new business units, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking milestones, managing risks, ensuring market readiness, and improving rollout playbooks for repeatable launches.
