Teams at Reward Gateway

Create and maintain technical knowledge-base content for Reward Gateway’s SaaS products. Responsibilities include identifying knowledge gaps, collaborating with product and technical teams, developing release content, writing how-to guides and process instructions, structuring Help Center articles, promoting knowledge-base usage, and measuring content effectiveness. The role requires strong technical writing, product knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, analytical thinking, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to broad audiences.

Supports product management through user research, feedback synthesis, competitive and market analysis, OKR planning, user-story prioritization, product performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with UX, engineering, QA, sales, marketing, finance, and customer teams. Helps define product improvements, coordinate delivery, communicate updates to stakeholders, and identify opportunities that improve user satisfaction and business growth.

Lead qualitative UX research across products, running generative and evaluative studies, B2B interviews, and intake processes. Build continuous discovery frameworks, tag findings in a research repository, triangulate insights with other data, and help establish operational foundations while mentoring researchers and partnering with product teams to shape decisions.
