Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Ruby on Rails and React, including GraphQL integrations and PostgreSQL-backed services. Establish architecture and backend best practices, implement testing and CI/CD, manage releases, and support stable production deployments. Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with product, design, infrastructure, and data teams to deliver customer-focused features and influence long-term technical strategy.

Develop and maintain REW.ca’s cloud-based data platform, including ETL pipelines, data processing, modeling, infrastructure, and quality controls. Debug and optimize workflows, respond to upstream feed changes, troubleshoot data integrity issues, and collaborate with internal stakeholders on new services. The role requires Python, SQL, relational database, big data, and cloud experience, with at least one day per week in the Vancouver office.

Manage and grow relationships with new home developers, marketing agencies, and industry partners. Acquire and onboard clients, present consultative REW solutions, support listings and campaigns, monitor market performance, build sales pipelines, conduct outreach, attend industry events, and meet revenue targets. The role requires cross-functional coordination, digital performance analysis, client strategy development, and in-person meetings across the Lower Mainland.
