The Value Stream Planner III coordinates and expedites production to meet demand, manages inventory, mentors team members, and ensures compliance with quality standards in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Perform routine and non-routine QC testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using laboratory techniques; follow specimen handling and reporting procedures; interpret results, document QC activities, maintain instruments, investigate quality issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory and safety compliance.

Support HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition with day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, recruitment, HRIS/ATS transactions, reporting and analytics, training coordination, and employee engagement; ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies and maintain accurate HR records.
