Manage billing, collections, credit risk, and accounts payable: process and issue invoices, manage receivables, negotiate payment terms, resolve delinquent accounts, assess customer creditworthiness and limits, analyze credit activity, oversee vendor payments, ensure contract and tax compliance, and optimize working capital.

Perform clinical molecular and biochemical laboratory testing including specimen preparation, reagent prep, instrument calibration, quality control, and documentation. Comply with CLIA/CAP and PHI handling requirements, maintain a clean safe workspace, and communicate with leadership and team members. May work varied shifts and weekend rotations.

Manage and resolve electronic B2B order transactions to ensure same-day processing and shipment. Monitor reports to identify blocked EDI/cXML/IDoc orders, troubleshoot failures, document root causes, handle customer contacts via calls/emails/third-party platforms, create and own SFDC cases, and coordinate with fulfillment to meet promised dates.
