Ensure multi-tenant, account-scoped data security (Supabase/Postgres, RLS, JWT), integrate with CRMs, improve eval frameworks to catch agent regressions, and partner on real-time voice integrations.

The AI Systems Engineer will build production systems for AI agents handling customer interactions, optimize omnichannel experiences, and integrate with CRM systems.

Manage end-to-end relationships with enterprise, multi-location home services customers. Lead structured onboarding, implementation planning, and rollout execution. Drive adoption across voice, SMS, and email, coordinate cross-functional teams, document workflows and requirements, run frequent customer calls, and support expansion while traveling to customer sites monthly.
