Analyze marketing, sales, and service workflows, identify operational gaps, prioritize revenue initiatives, define KPIs, and lead organizational improvements. Manage projects from strategy through execution, guide senior stakeholders, drive adoption and change management, and deliver measurable improvements in revenue performance and partner outcomes.

Serve as a strategic advisor to partner companies: lead discovery, design and implement scalable GTM and revenue strategies, translate business goals into HubSpot-enabled solutions, monitor partner health, optimize outcomes, and collaborate with GTM Engineers and cross-functional teams to execute and evolve RevPartners playbooks and incorporate AI where beneficial.
