The Legal Counsel will provide legal support for corporate structures, iGaming regulations, and financial compliance across EU jurisdictions. Responsibilities include advising on regulatory compliance, contractual agreements, and maintaining relationships with regulatory authorities.

Build and grow professional communities across platforms, coordinate and co-host podcasts/webinars, recruit and brief guests, create community initiatives, collaborate with content and marketing teams, track engagement and content performance, and represent brands at industry events.

Manage bookkeeping and financial operations across group entities: review accounts, issue invoices, record bank and cryptocurrency transactions, classify payments, prepare reports, and support audit processes in Latvia while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and coordination across companies.
