Own the design and continuous improvement of RevoU learning programs, from initial concept through live cohort evaluation. Translate subject-matter expertise into structured learning, adapt programs to learner evidence and evolving job requirements, and lead a small learning design team. Build efficient workflows and AI-enabled tools, support diverse learners, collaborate with academics and practitioners, and improve outcomes in a fast-paced hybrid Jakarta environment.

Work with senior Business Development to analyze client briefs, research industries and workforce trends, design tailored learning programs, build persuasive proposal decks, use AI to accelerate research and proposal development (with validation), and track documents to move enterprise opportunities forward.

Own programs from raw outlines through fixed-date launch, coordinating subject matter experts, instructors, university partners, and production teams. Decide readiness, prioritize fixes, unblock issues, and quality-check modules against source material. Lead on-site production days for recorded sessions and improve production processes to reduce coordination overhead. The role requires strong ownership, judgment under ambiguity, stakeholder communication, and daily practical use of AI.
