Support the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment: follow up on payments, maintain CRM data quality, engage prospective students via WhatsApp/email/phone/web chat, track pending issues, escalate blockers, and suggest process improvements.

Coordinate curriculum development and delivery by aligning lecturers, SMEs, mentors, and university partners. Translate syllabi into lecture materials, assessments, rubrics, and instructor guides. Manage content production, quality assurance, stakeholder reviews, and pre-recorded video production. Design processes and AI-enabled workflows to improve curriculum operations and ensure consistent, high-quality learning experiences across cohorts.

Work with senior Business Development to analyze client briefs, research industries and workforce trends, design tailored learning programs, build persuasive proposal decks, use AI to accelerate research and proposal development (with validation), and track documents to move enterprise opportunities forward.
