Own end-to-end educator recruitment: source, outreach, qualify, onboard, and retain subject matter experts, career coaches, and team leads. Use AI and automation to scale sourcing and outreach, maintain a warm bench, run onboarding, track pipeline metrics, and feed hiring signals back to the business.

Support planning, coordinating, and executing online webinars. Manage communication channels, liaise with panelists and stakeholders, identify and resolve issues, and improve processes to optimize webinar outcomes and lead generation.

Work with senior Business Development to analyze client briefs, research industries and workforce trends, design tailored learning programs, build persuasive proposal decks, use AI to accelerate research and proposal development (with validation), and track documents to move enterprise opportunities forward.
