Staff Software Engineer responsible for scaling a multi-tenant eCommerce platform serving massive product catalogs, real-time inventory, pricing, orders, search, recommendations, APIs, shopping carts, and AWS workloads. The role requires hands-on software development, technical leadership, Agile delivery, cloud architecture, and solving complex scalability and performance challenges. Candidates should bring strong computer science fundamentals, communication skills, and experience with SaaS, payments, or eCommerce systems.

Owns enterprise business development for major automotive OEMs and industry partners, creating and closing complex strategic opportunities. Builds executive relationships, develops account strategies, leads discovery and negotiations, shapes deal structures, maintains pipeline forecasts, and expands initial wins into long-term accounts. Partners cross-functionally on business cases and implementation handoffs while reporting enterprise pipeline strategy to the CMO. Requires substantial travel and independent execution.

Conduct outbound cold calls, handle inbound inquiries, follow up on marketing campaigns, research prospects, personalize outreach, generate leads, build sales pipelines, meet activity and demo KPIs, and hand qualified opportunities to Account Executives. Engage mid- and senior-level prospects while representing RevolutionParts’ automotive eCommerce solutions. The role offers a growth path to Account Executive.
