Lead portfolio analytics, governance, resource and cost management for PDM. Drive cross-functional planning, reporting, scenario modeling, and executive communications. Support budgeting, strategic initiatives, and operational excellence to improve prioritization, capacity management, and decision-making across discovery, development, and commercial programs.

Leads US and global marketing strategy, brand planning, launch readiness, customer insights, omnichannel promotion, partnerships, agency relationships, and cross-functional execution for an oncology PDAC portfolio. Builds relationships with medical affairs, sales training, clinical development, payers, providers, and external stakeholders while ensuring regulatory compliance and budget management. Requires extensive biotechnology or pharmaceutical commercial marketing experience, product launch expertise, and targeted oncology knowledge.

Provides pharmacovigilance and medical safety oversight across clinical development programs. Responsibilities include signal detection, safety surveillance, ICSR review, risk management, safety document authoring and review, regulatory filing support, benefit-risk evaluation, and presentation of safety data. Partners with cross-functional teams, CROs, investigators, vendors, and regulators while contributing to safety processes and SOP development.
