Lead global value, access, and pricing strategy for oncology assets (NSCLC), influence clinical development and launch decisions, align cross-functional teams on payer/HTA/pricing, drive evidence-generation and reimbursement readiness, and mentor/develop team members.

Lead evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and execution of strategic biopharma transactions (licensing, collaborations, co-development, alliances). Serve as principal negotiator, direct cross-functional deal teams, present recommendations to executives, build external partnering relationships, and develop BD processes and governance.

Lead end-to-end outsourcing and governance for clinical vendors across development functions: vendor selection (RFIs/RFPs), contract negotiation, budget and lifecycle management, KPI performance tracking, IS/CQA coordination, and team leadership to support clinical trials.
