Translate global plans into compliant local processes, manage annual compensation and benefits administration, oversee vendors, analyze workforce costs and market data, and advise HR and business leaders. Partner across HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and global Total Rewards teams while ensuring Japanese regulatory compliance, confidentiality, and continuous process improvement.

Leads pharmaceutical revenue accounting and gross-to-net processes, including close activities, accruals, reserves, forecasting, controls, government pricing, analytics, and global revenue reporting. Partners with Commercial, Market Access, FP&A, Accounting, and regional Finance teams to develop scalable methodologies, support SOX and SEC compliance, improve forecast accuracy, and inform senior leadership. Oversees external consultants and drives automation and advanced analytics across revenue accounting and finance operations.

Owns the Coupa and Omnea procure-to-pay systems roadmap, administration, integrations, reporting, automation, controls, and production support. Partners with Procurement, AP, Finance, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and regional teams to scale global purchasing and invoicing across Europe and JPAC. Leads system implementations, country rollouts, testing, releases, vendors, controls, data integrations, reporting, and continuous process improvement while supporting AI-enabled automation and trusted procurement analytics.
