Provide GMP Quality oversight for small-molecule drug substance and drug product intermediate development, technology transfer, CDMO manufacturing, testing, and batch disposition. Lead review/approval of batch records, investigations, deviations, CAPAs, change controls, validations, and release packages. Ensure GMP compliance, data integrity, inspection readiness, and support CMC submissions, regulatory responses, and continuous improvement across internal teams and external CDMOs.

Lead strategy and execution of externally sponsored research for a disease area, ensuring scientific rigor, regulatory compliance, funding allocation, and milestone tracking. Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Clinical, Legal, and External Investigators, chair scientific committees, supervise an ESR manager, and optimize program scalability and operations.

Lead cross-functional program management to advance oncology drug candidates through clinical development. Create integrated project plans, dashboards, risk mitigation, and process improvements; run cross-molecule meetings; support sub-team coordination, agendas, minutes, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery of program goals.
